KUbuntu Backports PPA を追加して更新することで、この問題を修正しました。これにより、古くなったパッケージが更新されました。
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
これにより、すべてのパッケージ (多数) とインストールされた Latte が KDE ストアを通じて更新されました。
