Ubuntu 14.04.3 デスクトップに 2 台のモニターを接続しようとしています。1 台目のモニターは RS-232 ケーブルで CPU に接続されており、稼働しています。2 台目のモニターはディスプレイ リンク アダプターに接続されており、もう一方の端は CPU への USB 接続になっています。起動すると、2 台目のモニターに起動メッセージが表示されますが、1 台目のモニターのログインがロードされると、1 台目のモニターにログインすると 2 台目のモニターがクラッシュします。

2 台目のモニターを動作させるためのさまざまな投稿を試しましたが、どれも機能しませんでした。また、1 台目のモニターをディスプレイ リンク アダプターに接続したまま、2 台目のモニターを RS32 ケーブルで直接使用するように切り替えてみましたが、2 台目は動作し始め、1 台目には黒い画面が表示されました。設定からのディスプレイの検出も機能しませんでした。

DisplayLink USB アダプタの代わりに、DVI ディスプレイ ケーブルとアダプタを使用することで、2 つのモニタを動作させることができました。また、Ubuntu を最新バージョンにアップグレードしました。問題は DisplayLink アダプタにあると確信しています。
