Ubuntu 18.04 での MACS3 インストールのエラー

Question

MACS3ソースコードからインストールしようとしていますhttps://github.com/macs3-project/MACS/blob/master/docs/INSTALL.mdすべての要件を確認した後、次のコマンドを実行しました。

python setup.py install --prefix /home/amit/ 

私は
