ターミナルでこれらのコマンドを実行しようとしています

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

そしてそれらのエラーが表示されます

追加した新しい PPA のせいではないようです。むしろ、使用している Ubuntu アーカイブのエラーのようです。再現できませんでした。もう一度試していただけますか? アーカイブの更新中に作業していた可能性があります。
