HDDが複数回「マウント」されている

外付け HDD を持っていますが、Ubuntu マシンでは修復できないようです。接続すると自動的にマウントされますが、その後約 30 個の異なるポイントでマウントされます (どのポイントからもドライブに適切にアクセスして表示できます)。

マウント回数が多すぎる

Linux マシンと Windows マシンの両方でパーティションのフォーマット/削除を試みましたが (GUI で正しく実行できたと思います)、添付の画像を参照してください。これを元の状態に戻す方法について何かアドバイスはありますか?
