私は HP ラップトップを所有しており、Windows 10 とのデュアル ブートをセットアップしています。
Bluetooth は Windows 10 では正常に動作しますが、Ubuntu では動作しないようです。何百ものスレッドを読みましたがうまくいかなかったので、最終的にここに質問を投稿します。
