ステップ 3。xenialを に手動で変更し、bionic内/etc/apt/sources.listのすべてのファイルをに変更してetc/apt/sources.dから、 にsudo apt update変更してみてください。これは「Debian 方式」なのでこれまで試していませんが、動作するはずです。ただし、予防策として、ファイルをバックアップする必要があります。
