なぜ画面がフリーズしてしまうのでしょうか?

最近、22.04 インストールが特定の方法でフリーズし始めました:

  1. 画面がフリーズしました。
  2. キーボード入力は何も実行されないようです。
  3. しかしコンピュータはまだ動作しています。

この問題は、多くの場合、不安定なグラフィック ドライバーが原因で発生します。グラフィック ドライバーを変更すると、OS が機能しなくなる可能性があります (そのため、最初にバックアップを作成してください)。ただし、Ubuntu の「追加ドライバー」アプリにアクセスして、代替ドライバーを試すことができます。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、メーカーがドライバーを提供している場合は、メーカーから直接ドライバーをインストールすることもできます。

この問題はメモリ (RAM) の不良によっても発生する可能性がありますが、その場合、ズームなどが動作し続けることは期待できません。これをテストするには、memtest86+ などのツールを使用できます。
