/etc/apt/sources.list 内のそのエントリは正しくありません。
間違っているかもしれませんが、sources.list のこのエントリは次のようになると思います。
deb ppa.launchpad.net/freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool-daily/ubuntu/dists precise main sources<br/>
ソースのリポジトリについては知りませんが、リストからソースを削除して、その行の後にこれを追加してみてください。
deb-src ppa.launchpad.net/freyja-dev/unity-tweak-tool-daily/ubuntu/dists precise main sources<br/>
...繰り返しますが、私はその行を頭から思いついたまま書きましたが、行の末尾のリストは間違っているようです。
