ここのタイムゾーンは Asia/Tehran ですが、Ubuntu の時間は現地時間より 5 時間 30 分進んでいます。
設定を確認し、ntpサーバーをインストールしましたが、何も解決しないようです。
sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
