編集: YouTube を開かない場合は接続がより安定し、長時間接続されたままになりますが、ビデオなどを開くと、新しいページの読み込みが停止します。

Windows でもこの問題が解決しない場合は、Ubuntu の問題ではありません。ハードウェアの問題、ワイヤレス環境の問題、または単に信号強度が低いことが原因です。
ルーターに近づいてみてください。また、近所でそのチャネルを使用しているワイヤレス ネットワークが多すぎる場合は、ルーターの設定でチャネルを変更すると問題が解決する場合があります。
