ネットワーク経由のVLCストリーミング

続くこれネットワーク経由でビデオをストリーミングしようとしています。

設定は次のとおりです。

me@kaffeesatz:~$ vlc screen:// --screen-left=67 --screen-top=53 --screen-width=800 --screen-height=600 --screen-fps=60 --sout '#transcode{vcodec=theovb=800,scale=1,width=800,height=600,acodec=none}:http{mux=ogg,dst=localhost:8181/graph}'

しかし、別のコンピューターの vlc から the.ip.address:8181/graph を開こうとすると、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://the.ip.address:8181/graph'. Check the log for details.

ここで何が間違っているのでしょうか?

その間、ストリーミング元のマシンでストリームを開くことができることを確認しました。ただし、別のコンピューターからストリームを開いてもまだ機能しません。

サーバー上で VLC を設定するときは、宛先に localhost を指定せず、ポート番号のみを指定してください。
vlc screen:// --screen-left=67 --screen-top=53 --screen-width=800 --screen-height=600 --screen-fps=60 --sout '#transcode{vcodec=theovb=800,scale=1,width=800,height=600,acodec=none}:http{mux=ogg,dst=:8181/graph}'
