まず、私の英語が下手で申し訳ありませんが、理解していただければ幸いです。

Ubuntu 11.04 ボックスを使用しています。USB 経由でケーブル モデム (motorola sbg900) が接続されています。帯域幅はダウンロード 8 メガビット、アップロード 0.7 メガビットのはずです。しばらく前はすべて正常に動作していましたが、ここ数週間はダウンロード速度が 400 ～ 450 kB/s 未満でした。今日、この問題を詳しく調べたところ、USB 接続に問題があるようです。モデムに RJ45 経由で接続してみましたが、ダウンロード速度は最大 8 メガビット (良好) でした。USB に戻しましたが、400 ～ 450 kB/s (つまり 4 メガビット) を超えることはありませんでした。

何が問題なのかわかりません。RJ45 は使用できません。ケーブル モデムへの USB 接続を使用する必要があります。
