最初に最も古い更新プログラムをインストールし、1 つずつ実行して、それが機能するかどうかを確認してください。私も同様の問題を抱えていました。コントロール パネルのトラブルシューティング ツールが機能せず、Windows 7 for x64 ベース システム用のシステム更新準備ツール (KB947821) のインストールも機能せず、最終的に 1 つずつインストールしましたが、インストールに失敗した 4 つの更新プログラムが再起動後に取得され、実際にインストールするために元の状態に戻るという面倒な作業がありました。
