Facebookにpingできるがアクセスできない

私はカナダに住んでおり、Windows 8.1 ラップトップを使用しており、主に Google Chrome バージョン 35.0.1916.153 m を使用しています。

先週から、ノートパソコンで www.facebook.com にアクセスできなくなってしまいました...

  • 自宅の同じネットワーク上の他のコンピューターや、別のネットワーク上のコンピューターから Facebook にアクセスできます。

  • 自宅のネットワークでノートパソコンを使用すると、安全な Web サイト (Apple ID、Gmail) を含むインターネットにアクセスできます。これは、Internet Explorer と Google Chrome の両方で機能します。

  • コマンド コンソール内で www.facebook.com に ping すると、以下の結果が表示されます。

  • ipconfig /flushdns を試したところ、1 回だけ www.facebook.com へのアクセスが即座に回復しましたが、他の 3 回または 4 回試しても「Web ページは利用できません」というエラーが表示されます。

  • Facebook サーバー関連、Facebook ヘルプ ページなどにアクセスできません。

  • Google Chrome の詳細設定ページのネットワーク/インターネットのプロパティ/接続/LAN 設定で、「LAN にプロキシ サーバーを使用する」がチェックされていないことを確認しました。このウィンドウでチェックされている項目は「設定を自動的に検出する」のみです。

  • 別のページで、コンソールで収集された ping 情報から提供される実際のサーバー IP アドレスを入力して Facebook にアクセスしてみることができると読みました。Chrome で「star.c10r.facebok.com」を読み込もうとしましたが、Chrome は「おっと! Google Chrome は 'www.c10r.facebook.com' を見つけられませんでした」と応答します。私はコンピューターの専門家ではありませんが、その IP アドレスはまったく適切ではないように思われ、この問題の原因はマルウェアではないかと考えています。現在、セキュリティのために AVG 2014 の無料版と SpyBot Search&Destroy を使用しており、問題が発生してからスキャンを実行しましたが、注目すべきものは見つかりませんでした。
