Windows 8.1 でルーターにログオンできない

Windows 8.1 オペレーティング システムと関係があるかどうかはわかりませんが、ルーター (ゲートウェイ) に pingback したりログオンしたりできません。また、ゲートウェイ アドレス情報は ipconfig コマンドで表示されません。複数のルーターを変更しましたが、いずれにしても機能しません。ただし、インターネットにはアクセスできます。

修正方法をご存知ですか?
