プログラムの出力は適切にフォーマットされていないため読みにくいですが、68 68 78.5CPU コアの温度を想定すると、間違いなくかなり高いです (特にアイドル温度の場合)。
私がチェックする主な犯人はヒートシンクです。ヒートシンクがしっかりと固定され、ほこりがないことを確認してください。汚れている場合は、取り外して圧縮空気で掃除してください。その後、新しいサーマルペーストヒートシンクを元に戻します。
次にプログラムをインストールしますスピードファンCPU の温度を監視します。許容温度は CPU によって異なりますが、Pentium D の場合、アイドル時に 50 ℃ 以下、負荷がかかった状態で 70 ℃ 以下を目指すことをお勧めします。
もしそれがうまくいかなかったら、新しいヒートシンクとファンアセンブリ。
