まあ、これは奇妙ですが、別の (グローバル) IP アドレスにいるときは Apache サーバーに接続できません。

ポート 9000 で接続していますが、ブラウザで接続すると (外部 IP を入力しても) 動作します。

しかし、別の場所から接続すると、単に「タイムアウト」するようです。私の Apache 設定:

現在ランダムポートをテスト中私が見えますか「接続が拒否されました」が返されます (予想どおり)。ただし、ポート 9000 は単に「タイムアウト」します。ただし、接続しようとしている Apache のログオンは表示されません。 - 携帯電話でも同じで、WIFI/同じ LAN を使用して接続すると、インターネット ページが正しく表示されます。

ただし、モバイル ネットワーク経由で接続するとタイムアウトになります。

ルーターでポート転送を有効にしました。また、テストのためにルーターを削除し、ISP に直接接続しました。 - 同じ問題が発生します。

問題がないかテスト中に Windows ファイアウォールを完全に無効にしましたが、何も解決しませんでした。あ、完全を期すために、index.html も示します。
