ローカルでビルドしようとしていますtmux(ルートがないので、 はありませんyum install possible)。 ではCentos7

ライブラリに対してビルドするために必要なファイルを取得するにはlibevent、rpm もインストールする必要があります。libevent-devel
システム全体にインストールできない場合は、ホーム ディレクトリの個人環境にも libevent を組み込むのが最も簡単です。
