最近、メインの Hyper-V サーバーを他の 2 台のサーバーとともに再構築しました。ネットワーク全体がまだ Windows 7 を実行しているため、2012 R2 を 2008 R2 に交換することにしました。現在、2 台のセカンダリ サーバーは正常に動作しています。
問題はメインにあります。Hyper-V は VM を初期化しません。BIOS を台無しにしていないことを確認するために、Hyper-V をアンインストールし、VMWare Workstation をインストールしました。VM では問題ありません。ただし、すべての VM がすでに Hyper-V 形式であるため、VMWare を使用する必要はまったくありません。正直に言うと、VMware よりも Hyper-V の方がはるかに気に入っています。
参考までに、マシンはクリーン インストールされており、両方の VM は新規です。また、インストール メディアを検証し、問題がないことを確認しました。

いろいろいじった後、誤って chkdsk を実行してしまい、ハード ディスクにかなりの数の不良セクタがあることがわかりました。新しいものを購入したら、問題なく起動しました。
