導入:

私は、オンボード Linux を搭載した組み込みシステム デバイスで cpp アプリケーションを実行しています。このアプリケーションは、センサー データを収集し、それを JSON 形式の文字列ペイロードに準備し、トピックのペイロードを AWS IoT Core に公開します。このルーチンは 1 分ごとに実行されます。

デバッグの目的で、ペイロードを送信する前に、他の多くのコンソール ログ メッセージとともにシリアル コンソールに出力します。組み込みボードの UART Tx/Rx ピンに接続された FTDI C232HD-DDHSP-0 コンソール ケーブルを使用し、ログ メッセージを表示するために PuTTY を使用してシリアル接続を確立します。

問題:

テストの一環として、デバイスは長時間連続して実行されます。デバイス上で実行されるアプリケーションは、テスト実行の最初の数時間で、1 分ごとにデータをクラウドに速やかに送信します。

数時間後、クラウド側でデータが受信されなくなりました。デバイスをデバッグするために PuTTY を介してシリアル ターミナルを開くと、コンソールは入力したキーストロークに応答しません。シリアル ターミナルを閉じて再度開くと、ログ メッセージが継続的に印刷され、ペイロードの一部もクラウドに連続して送信され、アプリケーションが印刷するログ メッセージがなくなるまでターミナル ウィンドウがいっぱいになります。その後、アプリケーションは正常に動作します。この状態で取得した dmesg 出力は次のとおりです。

システムを連続的に実行している場合、スリープ/サスペンドモードに入るかどうかはわかりません。そのような状態になったとしても、ターミナルウィンドウから起動したときにログインとパスワードを要求すべきではないでしょうか?

問題はコンソールに出力されるログ メッセージの数が多いことにあると考えたため、ログ メッセージの最小数を出力して、それによってシステムがブロックされないかどうかを確認しました。しかし、問題は依然として解決しません。

テスト実行中は、コンソール ケーブルの UART ピンをボードの Tx/Rx ピンに接続したまま、USB 側を解放してデスクトップ/ラップトップに接続しないようにしています。これは問題でしょうか?
