一部のソフト (Adobe Reader、unity3d、FileZilla、shadowsocksR、eve launcher など) のハイパーリンクをクリックしても、ブラウザーがまったく応答しません。
ブラウザ (Firefox、Chrome、IE) は、それ自体では正常に動作します。どれをデフォルトとして選択しても、問題は解決しません。
いくつかのソフトはブラウザを正常に呼び出すことができます: Explorer、Word、QQ (チャットソフト)、目を保護する小さなアプリケーションなど。
Windows を Web サポート付きのセーフ モードで再起動すると、問題は解消されますが、通常モードに戻ります。
