削除しsources.listてディレクトリindex.html内/etc/apt

cp /etc/apt/preferences.d/index.html /tmp
rm -rf /etc/apt/preferences.d/index.html
cp /etc/apt/sources.list  /tmp
rm -rf sources.list

その後再起動

アップデート GUI に移動して、すべての「その他のソフトウェア」のクリックを解除します。これで、キャッシュの更新がうまく機能するようになり、「sudo apt update」も同様に機能します。
