最近再フォーマットした Windows 10 マシンに Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition をインストールしようとしています。ほとんど何もインストールされていませんが、Windows Update に関しては最新の状態です。ウイルス対策ソフトウェアもファイアウォールもありません。
を開くとvs_community.exe、このプロセスが約 10 回連続して発生します。
すると次のようになります:
選択できるオプションはなく、67 MB のファイルを何度もダウンロードする以外に何もできません。
ログ収集ツールを実行したところ、次のエラーが見つかりました。

このエラーに関する情報はあまり見つかりません。ほとんどは Microsoft フォーラムで、「問題を報告」するように指示されていますが、インストール プロセスがそれほど進んでいないため、このエラーについては報告できません。
「オフライン インストーラー」を実行してみましたが、同じプロセスが起動して何度も失敗するだけです。他に試せる方法はなさそうです。
他に何をすればいいのか本当にわかりません。誰か何かアイデアはありますか?

DNS の問題ですか? 明らかに、インストーラーをダウンロードできたので、その原因は無視できます。実際にログを読めば、何が書かれているかがわかります。自分のアカウントの certmgr にアクセスし、信頼されたルート CA 証明書と中間証明書をチェックして、期限切れの Microsoft 証明書があるかどうかを確認します。Microsoft Sig PCA の期限が切れていることがわかりました。有効なものをダウンロードしてインストールすると、VS インストーラーは完璧に動作しました。
