HDDデバイスWD Black 4TBがどのコントローラーでも検出されない

新しい WD Black 4TB HDD を購入しましたが、HP ProLiant DL380 サーバーに接続しても検出されません。別の PC やコントローラーで試してみましたが、同じ結果でした。HDD はすでに 1 度返送されています。

そのディスクは壊れています。最初のプローブ コマンドには反応しますが、Linux システムが追加情報 (ドライブの機能やサイズなど) を取得しようとすると、応答しなくなります
。他のシステムでも同じ問題が発生します。
事実上、ディスクはまったく使用できません。
新品なので、まだ保証期間内のはずです。購入したショップで交換してもらうか、RMA のために Western Digital に直接送ってください (WD RAM の手順は、同社の Web サイトで確認できます)。

将来 Google を利用する方へ: 誤ってディスクを地面に落とした後、ログにまったく同じエラー メッセージが表示されました。このエラーが表示された場合、他の回答が示唆しているように、ディスクが壊れている可能性が非常に高くなります。私の事故が起こる前は、ディスクは完全に機能していました。
