削除してみてくださいピッドそれマイスク実行中です。ピッドそれマイスク実行中ネットスタットそれはコントロールパネルにあります。
Windowsでxamppを実行している場合は、コマンドプロンプトを開く必要があります。政権の雰囲気削除するには次のコマンドを実行しますピッド。
taskkill /PID {PID number}
それ以外の場合は、Linux上で実行している場合は、
kill -{SIGNAL} {PID number}
例: kill -9 3827
