おそらく、「リンクの準備ができていません」というエラーが問題の原因でしょうか? これはファームウェア/ドライバーの問題で、アップグレードを元に戻すと問題が解決するのではないかと考えています。その方法を見つけられるかどうか調べてみます。電話をワイヤレス ホットスポットとして使用して接続することはできますが、Bluetooth は使用できません。

インストールをやり直すと、この問題は解決したようですapt install --reinstall <list-of-packages>。おそらくこれは、インストールが何らかの形で破損していたことを意味しますが、なぜこれがフラグ付けされなかったのか、または受け取ったエラー メッセージからそれをどのように把握できたのかはまだわかりません。いずれにせよ、問題は解決しました。
