タイトルページの下部にタイトル画像を含めるにはどうすればいいですか?

Question

現在、タイトル ページとして次のページがあります。

左のタイトルページには\vspace{10cm}/ が付い\vspace{5cm}ており、右のタイトルページには / がありません。上のページは A4 ページ形式 (学生が印刷するため)、下のページは A5 形式 (プロが印刷するため) です。

左側のものの方がはるかに見栄えが良いと思います。ただし、スペースを「動的に」挿入したいです (フォーマットを変更するたびに変更しなくて済むように)。どうすればいいでしょうか?

私はタイトルページとして全ページただし、フォント サイズに問題が発生する可能性があります。
