私は博士論文をcsquotesを使って書き、引用符を使い句読点を外側に残すイギリスの引用スタイルを選んでいます。例えば、カントは今日では「言説の創始者' 近代西洋コスモポリタニズムの。

しかし、biblatex-chicago では、脚注引用と参考文献では、句読点の外側に引用符を使用しています。たとえば、ミシェル・フーコーの「Qu'est-ce qu'un auteur ?」でフーコーが使用した用語は、Dits et Ecrits、第1巻：1954-1975ダニエル・デフェールとフランソワ・エヴァルト編（パリ：ガリマール、2001 [1969-70]）、804。

その間biblatex残念ながら現在開発中ですcsquotes2011年以降更新されていません。

polyglossiaには他のパッケージ用の適切なインターフェースがないため、サポートは現在暫定的な状態であることに注意してくださいpolyglossia。実際には、 はcsquotes言語 (例: english) を検出できますが、言語バリアント (例: british) は検出できません。

つまり、csquotesのautostyleオプションに頼りたい場合は、 を使用する方がよいでしょうbabel。csquotesと はどちらもbiblatexで非常にスムーズに動作しますbabel(言語だけでなく、言語バリアントも取得します)。
