次に、垂直サイドバー（ロゴの角から白（下部））も同様にしたいと思います。
最後に、タイトル ページにタイトルの背景が表示されないようにし、タイトル ブロックを少し上に移動させます。

うわー、一つの質問にこんなにたくさんの質問があるなんて！
1) タイトルに陰影をつけるために、見出しを再定義し、\rule通常は背景色を水平方向の陰影で提供する を置き換える必要がありました。
2) サイドバーのシェーディングは少し簡単でした。sidebar canvas leftテンプレートを垂直シェーディングに置き換えるだけで済みました。
3) フレームオプションはplain十分ですか?
