SIUnitx 形式を使用しない複数列および複数行

タイトルを複数行、複数列にしてタイトルの位置を揃えた表を作成しようとしています。ただし、列の書式設定で SIUnitx を使用しているため、不要な記号が追加されてしまいます。\pm表の見出しからその記号を削除するにはどうすればよいでしょうか。

\multicolumn見出しの 2 行目では、仕様を上書きするためにも を使用する必要があります。現在、2 行目のヘッダーには が含まれており&&&&、これは、これらの列がテーブルの標準仕様で設定されることを意味します。これには、\pmいくつかの列間の が含まれます。
