Lyx の新しいドキュメントでカスタム ヘッダー/フッター行モジュールを使用していますが、ヘッダーとフッターがドキュメントに表示されません。
私は古い文書でこのモジュールを使用していましたが、問題なく動作していました。しかし、新しい文書では、同じ設定(ページ レイアウトを派手に設定することを含む)をすべて行っても、ヘッダーとフッターが表示されません。
ドキュメント間の唯一の違いは、新しいドキュメントにはカスタムタイトルスクリプトが配置されていることです（%Old Code 以前のすべて）。おそらく、graphicx または svgnames パッケージが Customer Header/Footerlines モジュールと競合しているのでしょうが、よくわかりません。
この問題の解決にご協力いただければ幸いです。
