矢印付きの対称棒

下図のように、x軸に対して指定された長さと角度を持つ 2 本の棒と、原点の円が示されたプロットを作成したいと考えています。また、原点に 2 つの矢印が表示されています。この概略図をプロットできれば、Tikz宿題のいくつかの問題を非常に絵のようなスタイルで提供できるようになります。
