tkz-fct で関数の描画を生成できません。tlmgr で最近行った更新が原因のようです。
Gnuplot は正常に動作しており、--enable-write18 を使用してコンパイルしています。

はい、その通りです。tkz-base の新しいバージョンは、tkz-fct.sty のバージョンと互換性がありません。CTAN に新しいファイルをアップロードする際に小さな問題が発生しました。CTAN でパッケージを見つけるまでしばらくお待ちください。現在、ファイル v1.2 が見つかります。ここ
