array表の構文を定義するパッケージをロードし忘れています>{…}。ただし、makecellコマンドと\theadコマンド\makecellを使用して、セル内の改行と一般的な書式設定を可能にするパッケージを使用することをお勧めします。太字のキャプションを使用するには、captionパッケージを使用します。これにより、図のリストに同じキャプションを太字と通常の太さで 2 回入力する必要がなくなります。最後に、パッケージを使用して、threeparttable表の下部の注釈をタイプセットし、siunitx列 2 ～ 4 の数字を適切に配置しました。
