辞書に \markboth{}{} を使用して間違ったヘッダー参照を行う

独自の辞書に辞書テンプレートを実装しようとしていますが、ヘッダーを正しく取得するのが困難です。

多くの辞書では、ヘッダーにはページの最初のエントリと最後のエントリが含まれます。LaTeX では、たとえば \markboth と fancyhdr を使用してこれを実装できます。

\markboth を使用する場合、問題は、ページの最後の段落 (= 1 つのエントリ) でページが終了すると、関連するページと次のページのヘッダーが正しいエントリを参照しないことです。次のページで始まる段落は、ヘッダー内の前のページの最後のエントリになり、次のページの 2 番目の段落は、次のページのヘッダーの最初のエントリとして表示されます。

ページ l の最後の段落 x がページを終了しない場合 => 問題なし

そうでない場合、ページ l の最後の段落 x でページが終了する => ページ l のヘッダーの最後のエントリは段落 x+1 (ページ l+1) を示し、ページ l+1 のヘッダーの最初のエントリは段落 x+2 を示します。

どうやら、たとえばページの最後の段落に \vfill を追加すると問題は解決するようです (関連するページの場合)。しかし、この問題を自動的に解決できるようにしたいと思います。
