いいえ、違います。リポジトリを追加できる場所は 2 つあります。 およびディレクトリ内/etc/apt/sources.listの で終わるファイル(ファイルにエントリを追加するとさらに追加できますが、それより前のものがデフォルトです)。したがって、ディレクトリ内のファイルをチェックして、不要なファイルを削除するだけです。.list/etc/apt/sources.list.d/apt.conf

一方、LaunchPad は Debian パッケージをビルドしないため、LaunchPad PPA のパッケージを使用することはお勧めしません。
