すべての *.repo を /etc/yum.repos.d/ から /tmp/ に一時的に (再) 移動し、その後「yum clean all」を試すことをお勧めします。これで問題が解決した場合は、それらのファイルを確認して 1 つずつ元に戻し、問題がいつ再発するかを確認してください。
