それでも、すべてのサーバー（ローカルホスト）リクエストで403が返されますApache/2.4.2 (Win32) PHP/5.4.6 mod_fcgid/2.3.7。知るmod_fcgid が有効になっており、403 が発生しています。
上記の行をコメントアウトすると、httpd.conf再び動作しますが、非常に遅くなります (これが mod_fcgid が必要だった理由です)。何が間違っているのでしょうか?
