だからPHPを再構築せざるを得なくなったmysqlndなし（あなたのビルドのように、libmysql バックエンド) を実行して、自分の理論を検証しました。幸い、Gentoo がインストールされているので、すぐに実行できます。

予想通り、mysqlndがなければ、PDO::MYSQL_*PDO クラスに定数はまったく存在しません。そのため、定数を配置するには、mysqlnd を使用する必要があります。つまり、PHP を再コンパイルするか、pdo_mysqlnd.so (または mysqlnd に対してビルドされた php_mysql.so) 拡張機能を取得してロードします。

Windows PHP バイナリは mysqlnd でコンパイルされているようです。

ちなみに、PHP 5.4.0 以降では、mysqlnd がデフォルトのバックエンドになります。
