PowerShell パイプラインオブジェクトを関数にする

私がやろうとしていることのスタブは次のとおりです。

出力は次のとおりです。

詳細な出力からわかるように、オブジェクトが関数にパイプされていないようで、困惑しています。

set-test の begin{}、process{}、end{} ブロックの外側に write-verbose を配置することはできません。これは混乱を招きます。process{} ブロック内に移動すれば問題なく動作します。
