Debian Buster にアップグレードした後、apt がまったく機能しないようです。いくつかの解決策を読んで試してみましたが、どれも機能しませんでした。
パッケージをインストールしたり実行しようとしたときの出力apt ディストリビューションのアップグレード:

途中で青い画面がポップアップ表示され、次のメッセージが表示されます。
Kernel must be upgraded
This version of the GNU libc requries kernel version 3.2 or later. Please upgrade your kernel before installing glibc.
面白いことに、上記のエラーにより apt dist-upgrade が機能しないため、カーネルを更新できません。

パッケージ (libc6 など) を削除しても機能せず、上記のエラーが返されます。apt autoclean も役に立ちません。
どうすればまた仕事に復帰できるでしょうか?
