現在、OpenSMTPd を使用して、少しユニークな個人用メール サーバーを設定しています。ローカル サーバー (Raspberry Pi) とリモート サーバー (VPS) があります。私宛のメールはリモート サーバーに送信され、その後ローカル サーバーに中継されます。メールを送信すると、ローカル サーバーからリモート サーバーに送信され、その後受信者に中継されます。現在は受信メールのみをテストしていますが、ほぼ正常に動作しています。問題は tls だけです。
ローカル サーバーに「tls-require」が設定されている場合、リモート サーバーは接続できるようですが、その後切断され、プレーン (smtp+notls) へのダウングレードを試行しますが、もちろん失敗します。「tls-require」の代わりに「tls」だけを使用すると、同じことが起こりますが、smtp+notls の試行は機能します。
エラー メッセージはそれほど役に立たないようです。リモート サーバーでは、「opportunistic TLS が失敗しました。プレーンにダウングレードしています」というメッセージが表示されます。前に述べたように、ローカル サーバーでは接続が成功したように見えます (少なくとも私はそう思います) が、その後切断されます。

このエラーにはもっと多くのことが書かれているようですが、関連する情報は何も見つかりません。ローカル サーバーには、以前とまったく同じエラーが表示されます。
多くの人が電子メールで強制 TLS を使用していないことは知っていますが、このユースケースでは、強制 TLS を機能させたいと思っています。
