StartTLS と TLS の間には混乱があるかもしれませんが、これらは 2 つの異なるものです。
StartTLS を使用する場合は、プレーンテキスト ポート (LDAP の場合は 389/tcp) に接続し、暗号化されたトランスポートを開始するコマンドを発行します。ldapsearch -ZZ ...これを呼び出すと、StartTLS が呼び出されます。
「本物の」SSL/TLSを使用する場合、暗号化されたポート（LDAPの場合はデフォルトで636/tcp）に接続し、暗号化されたチャネルが設定され、それからLDAP プロトコル通信の開始が有効になります。
したがって、StartTLS を機能させるには PHP コードにいくつかの OPTS が不足しているか、ldaps://hostname/LDAP URI として使用する必要があります。
