イメージ (Ubuntu 22.04) を再インストールした後、VPS に Jenkins をダウンロードしてインストールしようとしていますが、ダウンロードしようとすると常にエラーが発生します。
私はついていきますジェンキンスオリジナルインストールガイドがありますが、動作しません。
ターミナルの出力は次のようになります。

ufw も無効にしましたが、何も変わりません。以前は問題がなかったのに、新しいイメージを再インストールした後になぜこのようなことが起こるのかわかりません。
実行しようとした後ping -6c2 ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de、ping -4c2 ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de
次のような結果になります:

また、SSH 経由で VPS に接続していることも指定します。
sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1同じエラーが発生した後でも:

その IP アドレス (137.226.34.46) に ping を実行してみましたが、問題なく動作しました。
