Microsoft Active Directory Enterprise ルート証明機関 Windows Server 2012 R2 でルート CA 証明書を更新する方法は?

証明書は 2023 年 8 月 27 日に期限切れとなり、更新中に以下のエラーが発生しました。レジストリを更新して 2 年から 5 年に延長しましたが、同じエラーが発生しました。

Source : Certification Authority
A certificate in the chain for CA certificate 0 for %Server-Name%-CA has expired.  A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file. 0x800b0101 (-2146762495).

証明書コンソール certsrv で CA 証明書を更新することで問題は解決しました。
