ハードドライブが故障しているようです。少なくとも、できるだけ早くデータをバックアップする必要があります。
なんとかやり過ごして、ディスクを再フォーマットして、何とか使えるようになることもありますが、いつでも完全に故障する可能性があります。
ハードドライブの交換を検討するのが最善です。
