ディスクは休止状態モードになっています。これは、Windows 8/8.1/10 が起動時間を短縮するために休止状態になっているためです。「サスペンド」と「シャットダウン」でも同じことが起こるため、Linux 用の LiveUSB を起動する場合は、「再起動」オプションを使用してペンドライブを起動するようにしてください。
信じられない場合は、Nautilus (ファイル マネージャー) 経由で Windows パーティションにアクセスしようとすると、パーティションにアクセスできないというエラーが表示されます。
