Ubuntu 16.04 LTS で GDAL のインストールが失敗する

Ubuntu 16.04 に GDAL 2.0 をインストールしようとしています。

私が試しているコマンドのシーケンスは次のとおりです。

sudo apt-get build-dep gdal
cd /tmp 
wget http://download.osgeo.org/gdal/2.0.0/gdal-2.0.0.tar.gz 
tar -xzvf gdal-2.0.0.tar.gz
cd gdal-2.0.0
./configure
make

そしてその時点で、「sHints のストレージサイズが不明です」というエラーで失敗します。

これまで、必要かどうかも疑わしい 20 以上のパッケージをインストールするなど、Google で検索してできる限りのアドバイスに従いました。./configure --with-pythonまた、試してみました。注: 以前は、Ubuntu 14.04 に GDAL 2.0 を正常にインストールできました。

2.0.0 にバグがあることがわかったので、2.1.0 をインストールする必要がありました。バージョン番号を入れ替えただけで、問題なく動作しました。
