Ubuntu 18.04 システムの動作がおかしくなり、作業中にログアウトしてしまいます。この問題を修正したいと思います。

ターミナルを開いて次cat /var/log/syslog | grep shutdownのように入力してください。昨日のログはsyslog.1である可能性があります。
